- 전자파일 제출: 2026년 1월 12일 (월) ~ 1월 14일 (수) @ dCollection (http://unist.dcollection.net)
※ ID: 학번 (UNIST Portal 계정 아님), 자세한 사항은 첨부된 가이드를 참고 해 주세요.
※ 학위논문 표지의 기관명 및 학과명 표기 유의
- 양장본 및 '학위논문 공개 및 이용 동의서' 제출: 2026년 1월 15일 (목) ~ 1월 16일 (금) 09:00~18:00 학술정보관 3층 안내데스크 (202동 302호, 점심 시간 제외)
- 양장본 제출 부수: 석사/박사 모두 3부 (전자파일 승인 완료 전에도 제출 가능, 양장본 내 '학위논문 승인서', '학위논문 심사통과 승인확인서' 모두 서명 포함 필수)
- '학위논문 공개 및 이용 동의서' 양식: 첨부파일 다운로드하여 사용 (한/영 중 선택 가능, 학위논문 저자 본인 및 지도교수님 서명 필수)
- 택배 제출 가능, 보내실 곳: 울산광역시 울주군 언양읍 유니스트길 50, 202동 302호 문헌정보팀
※ 학위수여규정 제34조(학위수여의 보류) 기한 내 인쇄된 논문을 제출하지 못한 학생에 대해서는 학위청구논문 심사의 합격에도 불구하고 동 학기에 학위수여를 보류하며, 자동적으로 다음 학기 졸업예정자로 간주된다.
※ 공식 제출 기간 전 사전 제출 가능: 입사, 출국 등의 사유로 제출 기간에 제출이 어려울 경우 사전 제출 가능. 사전 제출 희망 시 학과 행정실에 졸업 관련 서류를 모두 제출 완료한 후 아래 메일로 연락 주시기 바랍니다.

Thesis Submission for the potential graduates of Feb. 2026
- Electronic File Submission: January 12, 2026 (Mon) ~ January 14, 2026 (Wed) @ dCollection (http://unist.dcollection.net)
※ Login ID: Student ID Number, Please refer to the attached guide for more information.
※ Make sure the university and department names are correctly written on the thesis cover page. Please refer to the 'Guidelines for Thesis/Dissertation Writing (Revised)'
- Hardback & 'Thesis/Dissertation Agreement' Submission: January 15, 2026 (Thu) ~ January 16, 2026 (Fri) 09:00~18:00 @ Library 3F Info Desk (Building 202 # 302, excluding lunch hours 12:00~13:00)
- Number of copies: 3 hardbound copies for both Master's and Ph.D degrees (Submission is accepted even before electronic file approval, Signatures of advisor and committee members are required on the hard copies.)
- Form for 'Thesis/Dissertation Agreement': Please download and complete the attached form (Choose either Korean or English version), Signatures from both the author and the advisor are required.
- Submission by courier is accepted. (Address: Library team, Room 302, Building 202, UNIST-gil 50, Eonyang-eup, Ulju-gun, Ulsan)
※ Regulations on the Degree Conferment in Graduate School – Article 34 (Suspension of Degree Conferment) Students who fail to submit a printed thesis by the deadline shall be suspended from degree conferment in the semester and considered as the prospective graduate of the next semester, despite the passing of the thesis examination.
※ Early submission is allowed before the official submission period if necessary (e.g., due to employment or overseas departure). In such cases, please complete all required graduation documents and submit them to the department office, then contact the Library via email at the address below to arrange early submission.
